Prices
Prices quoted and descriptions/ photos/ codes of goods may be altered by Coman Design at any time without notice.
Prices quoted do not include V.A.T. or other taxes, but do include standard packaging.

Transport & delivery term
All the quoted prices are expressed in EX-WORKS delivery term, so they do not include insurance and transportation, which are in the buyer?s charge. Coman Design will find the most advantageous transporter with respect to both price and delivery time or we can get transport quotations from several companies and let the client choose the one that suits him best. The drawing of the clearing customs documents is in Coman Design?s charge.

Packaging
The products will be wrapped in polyethylene foil, then in polyurethane foam and in a final waved cardboard box (pantzer V). Unless otherwise agreed in writing all packing materials other than the Coman Design?s standard packaging shall be paid for by the customer at the invoice price.

Lead time (time of delivery)
In maximum 24 hours from placing your order we will inform you about the time of delivery according to the existence of the ordered product within our company as well as duration of transport depending on your desired manner of delivery.

Referring to electrical parts of the lighting items on this website
Coman Design owns a conformity certificate according to which the firm is authorized assembling electrical parts to the lighting items, i.e. for the lamps: electrical wire, socket, switch and plug and for the lighting devices: electric wire, socket and reglet, that are concordant with the EU? norms. For USA and Japan, the electrical parts are usually sent by the customers and we assemble them free of charge

Minimum quantities
There are no minimum orders for the items pictured on this website.

Accuracy of content of the website
Coman Design has taken every care in the preparation of the content of the actual website to ensure that all products have been adequately described.
The dimensions (the height and the wide ? at the widest point) given on the website are approximate only.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor?s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Privacy
Coman Design respects the confidentiality of the data introduced by you when registering.
We will not transmit your personal data to other clients. All the information concerning you, will be used by us only in connection with the commercialization of our products, processing your orders, answering your questions or complaints, market studies, marketing of our products and registering information on you in view to promote our future discount campaigns or other such things.

You must always check these terms & conditions before using Coman Design website. Using Coman Design website after the modification of these terms & conditions represents your accepting them.

Coman Design makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects.
However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it.
Coman Design shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
